Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026
We collect your name, email and profile photo (from Google Sign-In) and the phone number and state you provide — so we can save your progress and support you. We do not sell your personal data.

1. Who we are

CreMento is a sole proprietorship operated by Smt. Sunita Bhargava, based in Jhalrapatan, Jhalawar, Rajasthan, India. CreMento provides a mock-test series and study tools for exam preparation. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@cremento.in.

2. Information we collect

Account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.

Profile information you provide: your phone number and state, which you enter once after signing in.

Usage information: the tests you attempt, the answers you choose, your scores, your study-calendar progress, and any problem reports you send.

Device information: a random identifier the app generates for you (not your phone's hardware/IMEI id), the app version, and basic technical logs needed to run the service.

3. How we use your information

To provide the test series and study calendar, score your attempts and save your progress across your devices; to respond to your support messages and problem reports; to keep the service secure and working; and, if you opt in later, to send exam reminders and offers.

4. Google Sign-In

We use Google Sign-In so you can log in with one tap. Google shares your name, email and profile picture with us based on your consent. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's own privacy policy.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: service providers that host and run the app on our behalf; Google, for sign-in; and authorities where the law requires it. Providers are permitted to use the data only to provide their service to us.

6. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secured servers and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Session tokens are stored only in hashed form. Within the app we enable a screenshot/screen-record block on Android to protect the question content (this is a deterrent, not absolute, and does not apply to the web version).

7. Data retention

We keep your account and progress while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time — email contact@cremento.in or follow our Account & Data Deletion page; we will remove it except where we must keep certain records by law.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing contact@cremento.in (see the Account & Data Deletion page). You can also edit your profile details in the app and sign out at any time.

9. Children

CreMento is intended for examination aspirants (generally adults). It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay, under its own privacy policy. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store your card number. We keep only the order details we need (what you bought, the amount, the payment reference and its status) to activate your access and handle refunds.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app grows. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app.

12. Contact

For any privacy request or question, email contact@cremento.in.
