CreMento is a sole proprietorship operated by Smt. Sunita Bhargava, based in Jhalrapatan, Jhalawar, Rajasthan, India ("CreMento", "we", "us"). CreMento provides a mock-test series, a study calendar and optional mentorship and mock-interview programs to help you prepare for teaching-eligibility and similar examinations. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app offers practice questions assembled from past examination papers, a day-by-day study calendar, answers, and (when you buy the mentorship plan) access to live classes.
The content is an educational aid for practice only. We do not guarantee any examination result, rank, or that our questions will appear in, or exactly match, any official examination paper.
You must provide accurate details (name, phone number and state) and keep them up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please keep your device and login secure. One account is intended for one person; accounts are not to be shared.
Enrolling free unlocks the full revision calendar for that subject. The paid "Test Series" plan unlocks all of that product's tests: 5 unit-wise minor tests, 5 full-length mock tests, and the past-paper practice papers.
Scheduled release. Each test in a series opens on its published date in the study calendar (shown in the app before you buy) and then stays open until the examination date. Buying does not make a test available before its scheduled date.
Paid access is valid until the product's examination date, after which the product is archived. Prices are shown in the app and may change for new purchases. Plans that are not currently offered for a subject cannot be purchased for it.
Purchases are made in the app through our payment partner (Razorpay), which supports UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets. In some cases we may also activate a purchase manually after you contact us and pay the fee. Access is granted immediately after successful payment and is valid until the examination date of the product you buy. All purchases are one-time payments — there is no subscription and no auto-renewal.
All purchases are final. Paid access is non-refundable, except for genuine payment errors — a duplicate charge, or money debited without access being granted — which we always correct. This is set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your access is personal and non-commercial. You may not copy, download in bulk, record, screenshot, screen-record, republish, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the questions, solutions or any other content.
You may not use bots, scrapers or automated means to extract content, nor attempt to bypass access controls or the in-app screenshot protection.
The question bank, solutions, study plans, the "CreMento" name and logo, and the tagline "Reach your summit" are owned by CreMento or its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the app for your own preparation.
Where you buy a mentorship plan, live classes are scheduled by us on Zoom/Google Meet. Class timings, experts and schedules may change. Recordings or notes are provided where available. Running the classes is our operation; the app only provides access and links.
The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. CreMento is an independent educational service and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any examination board, university or government body.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreMento is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or expected results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.
We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms or misuse the content. We may update the app and these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jhalawar, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
